My bearded dragon is 7 months old and doing great. He loves eating and is growing great. However, I have been having such a hard time keeping crickets this summer. I live in a really hot region where it will get around 110 degrees Fahrenheit outside sometimes more on a really hot day, so my crickets obviously can't live outside. Unfortunately, I brought them inside, only to find out the ants are taking refuge from the summer sun inside my house and they waged a war on my crickets and ate many of them! It's come to the point where I feed him veggies and a pre-made food formula with crickets as a snack because they are just becoming to hard to keep. I feel bad though. He loves eating bugs. Is there any kind of insect that I might be able to keep without the ants attacking them? I'm trying to get rid of the ants but it's proving to be extremely difficult, even my neighbors house is infested. Thanks
