Territorial?

I've been wondering if this is normal. Zeus seems to be territorial of me. If I'm holding him, and someone touches me, he open his mouth and makes that noise (I'm sure you all know what I'm talking about. Lol) and starts to black beard. Especially if it's a guy. He even does this when he's in his viv and sees a guy in my room near me. Is this normal?????
