Temporary Housing for a Bearded?

We are going on vacation for a week soon, and our best option for our bearded is to let friends keep him at their house for the week. His normal viv is a 55 gallon 3/8" thick glass aquarium, so obviously we're not picking that up and moving it. Has anyone needed to house their dragon temporarily like this for a few days? Any suggestions on a good option for him to live in for the week? I'm a bit concerned that the whole affair may stress him out and put him off his food for a few days under the best of circumstances, so I'd like him to be as comfortable as possible.

A couple of the herp vets offer boarding. Have you tried that?

I've only had Magma for a few weeks so I don't know much about that.

I go up to my grandmothers in vermont alot, and I like to bring Elvis with me, so I have a 20 gallon long tank setup there for him, you could just get him a smaller tank like that, or maybe a 30 gallon depending on the size of your dragon. you just have to work with different bulbs to get the right temp.

is there any way these friends would be able to just stop by your place a couple of times a day? or do they live to far away to make that feasible?

I used a big long plastic container for like storing christmas things in walmart sells them for $13 i cut a hole in the top added screen and put all the lights right ontop of it. It was a clear one. I added the tile it fit right in there. So it was nice and comfy. I think it was 3 ft long by a ft n a half wide. Easy to transport.
