Hello, I have a 48LX24WX24H reptile setup for my almost adult bearded dragon. I have digital thermometer on each side of the tank that tell both the temperature and humidity. On the basking side of the tank the temperature is 109 degrees, and 38% humidity. On the opposite side the temperature is 79 degrees, but the humidity is like 92%!!! I know that is very high. I thought it was because of the huge water bowl I had in the tank, so I took it out and the humidity is still around that level!! What is making the humidity so high? Are my temperatures okay? I'm using a 100 watt zoo med basking bulb, also reptisun 10.0 on the basking side of the tank. Keep in mind this was a custom built reptile setup that I purchased at a reptile expo, so its not as tall as most setups.. Its only 24 inches high, and the bulb hangs down in the tank, it doesnt sit on top of tank...The distance between the bulb and the sand bedding I have is like 8-10 inches.. Should I change to a 75 watt? Will that lower humidity? will that be enough heat etc for my beardie? All detailed answers would be deeply appreciated thanks
