Temp lighting until bulb arrives.

Hey all. I am gettign a new Viv today and my new reptisun 10 bulb wont be here until Wednesday. Would it be alright to use the current 18 inch bulb(reptisun 10.) I have as long as I have it 6-8 inches from his basking spot in the new Viv? Or should I just keep him in his current Viv until the bulb arrives? Thanks in advance.

I see no problem with moving him into his new viv with the old Reptisun :wink:
We'd love to see pics of the new viv when you get it.

This is the picture that he had posted on Craigslist. 50x30x24. I will be posting another picture once I get it all set up.

One more quick question.. The light fixture is dual so I would like to put a regular flourescent tube in along with the reptisun 10.0 to make it brighter in his cage. Is there a certain bulb that I should use or could i just get any other tube bulb?
