Tekka and Sahara adventurous life

I thought I would start a thread about my 2 new beardies Tekka and Sahara

I have had them 2 days now and as they seem to have settled in well I thought I would weigh and measure them.
They are 11 weeks old.
Well measuring them was an adventure They didn't want to stay on the scales, but after a bit of persuasion here are the results

Tekka.... Weight...22grams
Length....8inches

Sahara.... Weight...28grams
Length...9inches

Tekka has eaten crickets and hoppers today and loves jumping onto my hand everytime I put my hand in the viv....so sweet

Sahara is a character and is suicidal and keeps jumping from her basking log to the glass....and trying to escape everytime the viv door is open lol

So weigh in day today and they just keep on growing and growing :lol:

Tekka ..... Weight .. 39grams :shock: a whole 10 grams in a week....Length .. 9 and a half inches

Sahara .... Weight .. 40grams .. Length .. 9 and a half inches

Will post pics later but just to let you know had measure and weigh in today and:

Tekka is Length...11inches
Weight....65grams


Sahara is Length....11and a half inches
Weight....70grams


So they are definitely growing 8)

I cant believe how fast these 2 are growing

Tekka ... weight .. 119grams :shock:
length .. 12 and a half inches 8)

Sahara ... weight ..127grams :shock:
length .. 13 and a half inches 8)


Will take some pics and post soon but they are both in total body shed and not feeling very camera friendly :roll:
