Teach male to mate?

I have a 3 year old male and a 3 year old female and iv introduced them several times and they both headbob and foot stomp at each other but never actually mate.. is there any tips for this? does my male not know how exactly because hes a virgin

Some people do 2-3 times just to make sure it got to her. Just try not to stress her out.

A few more times. Since his a rookie lol hahahahaha. Females can lay up to 3-6 clutchs in a mate.

I was curious and clicked on this thread to figure it out because my male seemed to be having the same issue lol. I think he finally got the hang of it and my female has just started digging. Everytime I go to feel her belly she puffs up and I can't feel around for anything not even to feel a stomach or liver! So funny these dragons!

Not sure on the female the owner told me shes over 2 years old. My male is a little over a year old.
