Butch (my boyfriend) went out shopping yesterday, and he went to Petsmart to get some gift certificates for his nephews who just got a new puppy.
Anyway, he came home and said "You would have been proud of me at the Petsmart today". I asked him why, and he said that he saw that there was a viv with 2 small baby beardies and their heat light was out. He went and got the employee and asked her if she was the one responsible for the reptiles. She said yes, I will help you in just a minute, and he told her, I dont need help, the beardies do.
So she comes over and wants to know what the problem is and he told her the heat light was out. She said oh, ok, well I will change it in a little while. And he said no, you can change it NOW. And she said she would do it in just a few minutes. So he said, ok, I will wait. So he stood by the beardie viv till she came back a couple of minutes later and changed the light. So yay for Butch for sticking up for the babies!
He said that he was actually surprised that all the rest of the care looked pretty good, and that all the vivs were clean.
