The only time you don't want calcium with D3 is if you are using a mercury vapor bulb, if you use a linear florescent then you need the D3. Sorry your little guy is having such a hard time, hopefully the drops will clear his eyes up. Make sure you never use any loose flooring like sand, it can get in the eyes and cause problems.
I'm curious, how did the vet diagnose cricket scratches?

Is it the coil or the tube?

The coils are bad for their eyes, and can cause a lot of health issues

I also think the light is the problem, you should only use the long tube type. Unfortunately, a lot of reptile products are not suitable or are even downright dangerous for out pets. Calci sand/repti sand is a good example, many baby dragons die every year from sand impaction yet the companies insist its safe.
Its the same way with UVB light. Most either are unsafe or don't produce the light needed. Retisun 10 are the only safe bulbs available in the US. They are rarely sold at stores any more, most of us order them online.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
