Tail Rot?

Is this possibly tail rot?

Beardie is about 5 year old adult, he has always had a small bend at the tip of his tail since I bought him 5 years ago. I just noticed yesterday that his tail is unusually dark and has these dark dots all over it. Other than this the tail looks normal.

He has a 40 Gal tank with tile substrate, a normal heat bulb, and a long reptisun 10.0 bulb. He is on a light timer clock.
I feed him most collard green salads, And rarely bugs as a treat. He has a standing bowl of water which he drinks from.

If anyone can help and maybe give me some treatment ideas thatd be perfect thankyou so much.

If he has always had a kink at the end it's very unlikely to be tai rot, especially if their is no open wound there.

They can dark their tails for a multitude of reasons. Mine often do when they are outside of their tanks exploring.
