Tail Rot?

Hi I’m just wondering if my bearded dragon null has tail rot.
Im not sure if it’s tail rot or not and just want to make sure. She has had a nipped tail from Her previous owner, it was also pretty dark at the nub of her tail. For the past 7 months it(the dark spot of the tail) just stayed there but very recently it has moved up the tail about an inch. I’m kinda worried about if it is tail rot and how we will fix it. Please let me know, it will Be greatly appreciated.

That looks OK to me. The nipped tail is healed over and probably won't cause any issues. It doesn't look shriveled or wounded. Might be getting ready to shed soon. I don't see cause for concern though.
