Hey Y'all!

We got another beardie (because they are sooooooo awesome) and he/she is about 2 months old. When we got her I noticed that she had a couple of knicks at the end of her tail, but I didn't think anything about it because Dino had the same thing. Anyways, the other night I was reading stuff about baby bearded dragons and I saw something called "tail rot". Now I don't think he/she has it because he/she will let me touch it and bend it but I just want to make sure. He/she just shed their tail and I read that the end of the tail starts to fall off? Thankfully that didn't happen, as I said before I don't think tail rot is happening but I just want to make sure. I tried to take some pictures they aren't the best if you need more/better ones just ask!:)
Thank you guys!!!

Tail looks healthy to me based on the photo. Darkening like that is common and can also be shed related. Tail rot looks more like damage and withering. I don't see signs of that in the photo.

Hello everybody!

I am new here and I have no idea how to post on here, so I hope I am not bothering anyone by posting here. I've had my beardie (Drogon) since December 2018. It was a gift from a friend who had bought it from Petsmart. So far, I believe I've been doing a decent job in caring for him. I have never really had any real problems with Drogon as he seems healthy to me. I haven't found a reliable exotic vet in LA so I have never taken him to one. He always eats and is very active. He just finished shedding too.

I do notice that part of his tail is darker than the rest. It doesn't seem like it is damaged in any way, other than the very tip that seems a little flimsy. I am not sure if it is supposed to be like that. I think I added images correctly to this post. I would ask for a general opinion on how he looks overall, physically, if possible.

I'm not a bearded dragon expert but I would say that he looks really good. I work at a vet clinic and from doing research a darker tail is completely normal both of mine have the darker tail as well. His tail looks great in that picture.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
