Hi Everyone,
Hope everyone is doing well. Just an update on the tail rot situation with my beardie and seeking for any advice.
We currently don't have any funds to bring our beardie to the vet for an amputation as they can get quite pricey and so from previous advice given (very grateful) they have suggested amputating my beardie's tail at home.
If anyone has any experience or any advice on how to set up this operation at home and make it as comfortable for my beardie as possible, PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP!
I hate to do this at home without any professional help, but with the situation now, this is the only way we can help stop the tail rot from infection the rest of his body.
Also, will amputating this at home cause any side effects for my beardie?
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HELP! Very grateful.
Please take care
