T5 HO Fixtures and Bulbs

Hey Guys.
Does anyone know if different brands of T5 HO tube lights can work in any T5 HO fixture??
i currently have a zoomed reptisun T5 HO fixture and bulb, but i am looking to switch over to Arcadia because ive heard nothing but great things about their UVB's. Has anyone done this before using one fixture but different brand bulb. What im worried about is ordering it online and its getting here and not fitting

Hi Krista,
If you have your zoomed T5HO fixture you can use their Arcadia bulb just make sure they're both T5HO. All you need is to find the Arcadia T5HO bulb size and VOILA you are done I have never done this but I have asked lightyourreptiles.com the question and answered back and said yes you can use your Zoomed T5HO fixture with the Arcadia bulbs just make sure its the same size.

Yes, the size is a lighting standard and not brand specific so you can use any brand in any fixture as long as they are both T5 (or T8, T12, etc) and the same size (22'' T5 bulb goes in a 24'' T5 fixture).
