hey everyone, i'm kind of concerned about my bearded dragon. i adopted him about two weeks ago but yesterday his beard started to look "swollen" at the bottom. it isn't hard to the touch and it doesn't feel like there's any food in there (but there very well could be?).
he's 4 (or so i've been told), in a 40 gallon tank, has an arcadia t5 12% bulb, he has a zoomed reptisun basking spot lamp (100w) for his basking spot and his basking spot sits at 95 - 105, the warm side is about 85, and his cool side is about 80.
he has been eating normally and acting like normal but hasn't had a bowel movement since saturday. he usually goes about every 3 days.
i just don't know if i should be concerned or not. the only difference that i can think of is that i gave him horn worms, phoenix worms, and wax worms to try out yesterday to see if he liked them (previous owner only gave him crickets).
here's a pic of him:
