Switching from supers to silkworms?

So my beardie, Elvis, doesn't go to the bathroom on a regular basis (we're talking once every 2-3 weeks) and I'm thinking that it has to do with the superworms that I am feeding him. I read that they are very fatty and that they can be hard to digest. I normally give him about 5 3x a week because otherwise he gets really really fat looking. His basking temp is normally between 95-100 degrees so I know that isn't the problem. Although he normally doesn't sit under his basking spot that often (I'm measuring the temps with a temp gun so I know they are accurate). I used to feed him Phoenix worms but once he had his first superworm that ended that. So I was thinking of switching to silkworms but I don't know the first thing about caring for them. So if anyone has any suggestions as to how they are different than supers I would greatly appreciate it :)

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
