Supposed to have laid eggs?? Change in behavior

Hi guys i'm sure you are sick of me by now because of my paranoia posts but figured I'd reach out to peeps here. So I took my now 13 month beardie to the vet last month because she hadn't pooped in two months; turns out she got a bit impacted from practically inhaling her dubia. So after that scare (she's fine now thanks to medication! nice poops once again), they did bloodwork and the vet called me to let me know that her calcium /etc levels were REALLY high (like they were supposed to be around 80 and they were like 200). So she told me it looked like she was about to lay eggs.

Great, so I made her a dig box of sand w/a bit of dirt and got it wet enough for her to dig around in. So p much everyday I put her in and she showed NO interest and wanted out. She never dug around in her viv, she was SUPER energetic for two weeks (wanting out/glass dancing like crazy) and running around the house. she had finished brumation around when i took her to the vets so i think this was her oh my god its spring time to have babies!! kind of mode.

So anyway the last week and a half i've noticed a change in her behavior. She goes under her hide at about 2pm ish and will stay there for the rest of the day until the lights go out and she sleeps. usually in the morning she'll be under there too until i put her on her basking spot. she doesn't seem to be as energetic as she was? plus its just the not basking as much or as long as she used to that kinda worries me? For one she still never laid any eggs even when i still put her in her dig box. my vet had told me to stop giving her caclium/multivitamin supplements so i did as i was told and just recently started up on those again thinking that was a potential issue. I know her UVB bulb has to be changed by the end of this month but I don't think its 'dead' ish, i had it off a LOT in fall b/c of brumation so idk.

She still eats though! she gobbles her dubia up and has never been better at eating a huge portion of her salad again itsj ust she never laid her eggs that the vet was pretty positive she was going to...so i'm just concerned. i have to find another vet since the exotic lady at my vet left sigh.

And then i guess just making sure, i feed her about 20 dubia 5 days a week (give her a break 2 days). again she's 13 months and making sure that's ok. the dubia are small or medium ones, and then again i give calcium supplement wD3 four times a week and 1 times a week multivitamin.

OK LAST QUESTION I PROMISE my vet was talking to me about how i should switch from calcium W/D3 to calcium withOUT D/3 as new studies are showing that can be pretty bad for them..anyone else hear about this?

THank you guys so much for any advice...you guys here rock :)

40gal viv, 150w basking light (basking area varies from 96-105'F during day), 82'F on cool side (varies a few degrees), UVB is reptisun i believe 10.0 T8, greens collard, escarole, mustard greens, yellow squashs, parsnip.

It's good that she's eating so much! Those high calcium levels are a bit of a flag. Did the vet take an x-ray? That would provide a look to see if there are eggs developing and possibly identify a problem. Keep offering time in the dig box and see how it goes for now until you can find a new vet. I don't have first hand experience with the egg laying so I can't offer much more than that. As far as the D3 goes, it's gray area. I don't use calcium with D3 because I use a high output T5 light and it theoretically produces enough UVB so they can synthesize their own D3. Same goes for the Mercury Vapor Bulbs. The T8 bulbs are less powerful so they may not produce enough UVB to induce D3 synthesis so supplements may be needed but that's kind of the gray area. If you err on the side of using calcium without D3 and she gets a nice balanced diet then it's probably fine.

We did not take x-rays, so I guess if there isn't a change in a week I'll take her to get one done. I don't FEEL anything when I touch the underside of her belly but I am no means an expert so whatever i'm sure that's not gonna help.
Interesting about the D3, I guess in a month or so (once she's laid the eggs) I can get another sample and see how her levels are then when she isn't trying to lay some eggs.
IT's funny cause I didn't want a female beardie so i wouldn't have to deal with this but man she just caught my heart when I saw her haha.
Thanks for your help as always!

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
