Supplements and vitamins

So, when I purchased my beardie at the local reptile shop, they sold me only one supplement. Repashy - Calcium and ICB (insect balancer). I see most people use Rep-cal and herpvite, but I wonder if this would make such a difference that I should switch? Also, the supplement does not indicate whether or not it has D3, the label is very vague. With an MVB bulb, do I want D3 or not?

I have a similar question. I currently have Repashy Bearded Dragon multivitamin with Calcium plus. I also have Zoo Med Repti Calcium. Do I need to give Puffer both? Do I dust with calcium at a seperate feeding than the multi-vitamin, or can I dust crickets with both at the same time?
