Super Worms- Do you cut off their heads??

The pet store said I have to cut their heads off before I feed them to her, but I just went to a breeder and he said I didnt need to do that at all.
I don't want my beardie to get bitten. Do I cut off the heads or not? I fed her one or two and they didnt bite me or her, but idk.

Just out of curiosity, how old is he/she? I'd avoid feeding him supers very often, especially if he's under 16 inches long.

Shes two years old. Big enough to eat them. I just started feeding them to her today. She only ate three.

I prefer to feed my Dragon Phoenix worms, but my Dragon prefers super worms.

A Petsmart employee that claims to have a houseful of lizards and feeders told me to cut off the heads, I thought about everything I have read in this forum and came to the conclusion that the Petsmart employee must be FOS.

I don't cut off the heads, I think it would irritate Nero if I cut off their heads. He likes how animated they are

Besides, I'm too lazy to cut off the heads.
