Sunken Eyes on new baby

It is mounted. I've tried keeping her UVB off, but she still closes her eyes. She has been closing her eyes since I got her, so it must have been something the breeder did.

I hope not! The basking bulb you use is a bright white light then?
Do you have any pictures of your tank setup?
How is her appetite coming along now, is she doing any better?

She has always eaten like a champ and is growing like a weed. Her basking light is not bright white. It gives off a yellow hue. I currently do not have any tank pictures, i am at work or else I'd take one.

Hello,

That would be fine, as long as it is not called a "daytime light" such as reveal. The white to yellow is fine, it is plenty bright for her.
How is she doing today?
