is that something to worry about or am i being paranoid?

last week Slartibartfast was eating 10-20 roaches a day as well as salad and a few calci worms.. this week he ignores them. i've tried some other live foods with little success. he'll eat maybe 1 or 2 a day now. if i put salad out he's straight to it and it's gone in no time. is it likely he's just going through a fussy stage or could this be someting medical? parasites perhaps? worth a trip to the vets? his poop is always accompanied by lots of liquid which i've assumed is from the amount of salad he likes to eat.

he's 7 months old, uv and temps are ok,

As he's eating veg, passing waste and generally being pretty normal, I wouldn't be too worried - though I do recommend getting a fecal sample to the vet to check for anything problematic.

Out of curiosity, what's his temps?

it's totally normal... All 6 of my dragons have done it around that age. They slow down a lot as they get older. Don't stress over it.

thanks for the replies. with the sudden change in appetite i was worried. i thought he'd slow down gradually.
Temps are 80f in the cool end on 90-105 in the hot end. controlled with a thermostat.

any way all of a sudden he started eating 2 wks ago like a ganet we like in the uk and the temps changed and got darker and now its warming up he seems fine. have a bit of patience and the eating will increase

yeah, there's just no pattern to what he does. sometimes he'll show no interest in a bug then 2 minutes later he'll chase it like he's not eaten for days. sometimes he looks at them, has a lick and turns away. somedays he won't eat any at all.
whats worrying me now is getting his calcium and vitamin supplement in to him. as he wont eat many bugs and if i put the supplement on his salad he won't eat that.

i got results from a fecal test today and the vet says slarti has worms. there were eggs in his sample. a 3 day course of panacur suspension and we'll see what happens from there

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
