Suddenly he's picky...

Vash has always eaten anything and everything I give him. A couple weeks ago I bought some hornworms and for about a week I fed him hornworms, superworms, and roaches all in one meal. Now the hornworms are gone and he suddenly refuses to eat roaches or crickets. He'll still eat the superworms but he has trouble digesting them so I don't want to give them to him anymore. I want him to go back to eating roaches, but in the meantime the only thing he'll eat is superworms. This wouldn't really be a problem except that when I was giving him a lot of superworms, his poop started being really gross (almost like diarrhea) and having undigested worm bits in it. When I saw the worm bits, I stopped giving him worms and tried to give him nothing but roaches, but he won't eat them. So I don't know what to do. Let him have superworms and diarrhea just so he has something to eat, or force him starve until he'll eat roaches which don't cause diarrhea and are probably better for him anyway?

I had a question for you is this all that you feed them or do you feed vegetables as well, also do you give them vitamin d3. The reason that I ask this is for one they have to have there vegetables along side there worms and whatnot that you decide to feed them, also the vitamin d3 supplement they need because it will help with strengthening there digestive track and make it more easier to digest their food.

Yes I give him salads and yes I give him vitamin D3. He eats his salads but he won't eat any live feeders but superworms.

Could you try him with Phoenix worms? You've probably heard about them: they are a great staple and high in calcium
