If anyone has followed JuJus story over on Beardie tales, you'll know that Yes spoiled and the baby. We had a little sibling rivalry when my husband rescued a rabbit for me. Now they are OK with each other. Well we added a new edition thanks to Denver Repticon. Now Jax (2 yr old spotted python ) has joined our family. For some reason... Just FLIPS out! We've tried taking Ju out first, letting him run around etc. We're laying the tlc on thick to help him adjust. Out if nowhere he gets into these moods (around almost bed time) where he repeatedly hits the side of the tank. When he take him out he will sit still for maybe 5 minutes, then suddenly beard out /go black and take off running. It's only mock aggression as we have picked him up and not received a bite or a warning. He'll even go so far as to gape and black beard. Again we're not afraid of getting bitten but I especially worried that He's literally going to stress himself to death. He's been sulking in his viv as well. How do we help him: (?

My first thought is to keep the animals separated as much as possible. Even if no aggression has been showed toward you, the dragon is definitely stressed out.

They are separated at all times. Jax has a closed viv with only sliding doors whereas Jus is visually open on all four sides. We try to sit a good distance away from Jus viv when handling Jax and they're never out at the same time. I told my husband that we might need to put Ju up for adoption because I know asking him to sell Jax is out of the question. He's convinced Ju will grow out of it. I on the other hand don't want it to be too late to where he dies from the stress or becomes so unsociable that we cannot sell him to someone.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
