Hello everyone, I'm looking for some pointers on how to spruce up my very first bearded dragon terrarium! Also, some general feedback.
As for inspiration, I love the japanese zen type look. Therefore, I went with a more green / bonzai tree ornament. I would very much love to keep this feel and am looking for some more things to add or how to better rearrange these.
Currently, the bearded loves lounging directly under the light and doesn't really venture too far on the elongated branch on the right. Also, he loves climbing into the corner pool and pushing his snout against the glass. I think this is because I just bought him and he is glass surfing a bit due to rehome stress. Also, he sometimes lays down next to the bonzai tree and the small platform in the front.
COMING SOON:
I do have some things I will be doing soon. These will be added / modified in the next few days.
1.) Mounting UVB fixture inside the terrarium in the back middle
2.) Increasing the wattage of the basking bulb to 75-100w to bring temps up (currently 90-95F bask 72F cool)
3.) adding a little dripper to the small water bowl so he easily detects the water.
