Well my little dragon just came home 3 days ago, and I think he already has daddy trained. I put some crickets in his tank, doesn't phase him...put him in a smaller critter tote so they are more easily accessable (he's a juvy in a 40 gal breeder), and he just tries to get out ignoring the crickets. I actually started to get slightly worried, so I grabbed my tongs I use to pinch mealworm heads and grabbed a cricket, and what do you know! When he's sitting on his perch and has crickets put in front of his mouth with tongs, boy does he love to eat!
On a side note, my juvy is still small size, no more than 6 inches, but I believe I can already see a slight oval and darker dots on his legs that signify he being a he lol, would it be a bit too soon for that as well or it just shows up when it decides to show up?
