Stress marks for 3 months

I upgraded my 8 1/2 month old female from a 20 gallon to a larger aquarium with a nice basking spot that she spends all day on.
Nothing has changed with temps or feeding and she is having normal BMs but she has had stress marks galore since the new set up. She also hides in her cave all day some times. Will this eventually go away?

Hi. Can you give a run down on the set up? Like temps, what kind of uvb and how you are taking temps etc.
