No matter how much I try to find info I still have a mental block of whats what.
All the food lists say that squash and carrots are good food items. What about the leaves of these plants?
Cucumbers? Cukes and/or leaves
Tomatoes are good-what about the leaves?
Other times the leaves are mentioned without whether or not the vegetable is any good.
I wish the food charts had 2 columns for each type of food. 1 for the fruits and vegetables and the other for the leaves only.
