Sticky Tongue Farms Miner-all HELP!!!!

I talked to the owner of Sticky Tongue and she said I should use the Mineral-all OUTDOOR formula with NO D3 because my beardie gets fresh greens which she said provides the D3. My dragon is housed indoors with a reptisun 10.0 and most info I have read says that if your housing indoors without a mercury vapor bulb you should use the INDOOR version WITH D3. The Beautiful dragons website states that many people don't ever use D3 because it isn't easily absorbed by beardies and too much can cause excess calcium to be absorbed. Any ideas? If you have a Reptisun, you need to use the calcium with D3. If you're using a MVB, use calcium without D3.

^ Thats what most people say, but I have heard otherwise from THE OWNER of sticky farms and BEATUFULDRAGONS website, that the D3 isn't needed or useful at all. I think the d3 for non-MVB info is dated and not correct. Anyone know what I'm talking about????

Not quite...while vitamin D is found form certain food sources, vitamin D3 is created from the skin's exposure to the sun,(UV)

Also, the beautiful dragons source never says that D3 is not needed, but states that research SUGGESTS that *supplemental* D3 is not effective because the dragon will not absorb/process any ingested form of D3. It doesn't say anywhere that D3 is not needed it just questions the best source of it. However, there will be no harm in supplementing occasionally and accurately.
