Staples other than roaches and crickets?

I haven't gotten my beardie as of yet but wanted to know if other insects such as black soldier flies and butterworms are ok to use as staples? If other are, does anyone know what they? I will do the crickets if I have to I just really hate crickets and roaches.

Butterworms, definatly not. They are fatty and poor nutritionally.

BSFL could also be problematic. I know a lot of folks use tem as a staple but they can also be high in fat and you can't control their diet/gutload like crickets or roaches.

It's really best to provide as much variety as you can, all foods have pros/cons to them.
