Hi everyone !
I am venturing out on a HUGE project ! I am making a stackable 2 viv Crossfire enclosures. I was wondering if any of you out there have done similar projects.
I believe I have ample hard wood on hand, two cases of tile, presealed, and other supplies. My question is this, how do you make the enclosures so they can be separated from each other and the stand, yet still be sturdy enough.
Thanks in advance !
Janie.

what kind of wood are you going to use? it should be strong enough to support multiple tanks. check out the threads and PM someone who has already built what you're talking about.

I have made the xfire cages stackable, just get wood like the fense posts i think i used 6"sq you can either attach it to the cage that is going to be on top or bottom your choice. i did not attach it to both tanks. i have pics i will try and find them. and as far as the stand goes design one that you fits what you need.

Dom3rd, That was what I needed. The wood by the way is oak. I drew out the design, but wasn't quite sure how to make these two enclosures separate from each other and the stand. Thank you !

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
