Looks like a high colored normal, which is not at all a bad thing. Some people treat the word normal like a bad word in the reptile world but it really just refers to the lack of genetic mutations in an animal.
Morphs refer to things like being hypo, trans, leatherback, wits, etc. When people call a dragon a tiger, sandfire, lava, citrus, etc they are just referring to the names they made up for patterns and color. While a lot of breeders focus on those things and it can be passed down from parents to offspring it isn't really considered a morph.
It's hard to tell from the pics but she does look like she could possibly be hypo. Are all her nails clear? If they are then that combined with the bright coloration would lead me to say she's hypo.
Either way she is stunning and a fantastic find for a pet store! I've always loved seeing the contrasts between those blue sidebars and oranges or yellows. It really makes them pop.
