spray paint

I'm most of the way finished with a crossfire enclosure but there are a ton of scuff marks and nicks that aren't coming off with cleaning so I was wondering if there is a safe spray paint I can use on the interior and exterior of the enclosure to make it look nice again. also what kind of sealant should I use?

How long can it sit to "cure" and air out?

I have as much time as I need to get the job done right

I used Polyblend sanded grout, Valspar interior latex house paint, Valspar spray paint, I let those cure 4 days then I used 5 coats of Minwax Sanding Sealer to seal it all, I let that air out about 2 weeks before I put the glass on it and moved Nero in.
