Spots on tail

There are these shed spots that haven’t been coming off for years, but it has never bothered my bearded dragon, so we never bothered, but now recently they have started turning the scales around them brown.



He also has a spot on his tail that is currently recovering from an injury, so don’t mind that during photos

It looks like either tail rot forming or something else but right now I can't think of it. I would check up with a vet but for now, you could put some raw unpasteurized Honey or regular Neosporin on it and see how that goes.
