Hey folks,
I need some advice on my beardie's feeding habits. Bubba is roughly 15 months old and went through his first brumation from about mid January til about mid April. Prior to brumating he really enjoyed eating dubia and greens. I would put the dubia in a small bowl and he would just tear into them, often times coming to the side of the tank as I approached with the bowl. Since coming out of brumation, he won't eat from the bowl any more. He will still eat the dubia, but only if I hand feed him, or get one to run past him in his terrarium. Other than that he will pretty much ignore the bowl for days even if its loaded with dubia. Other than brumating, nothing has changed. Same terrarium, lighting, decorations, etc. Any thoughts on this? Is he just spoiled, or can I retrain him to go after the bowl and how do i do that?
Thanks!
