Spike's belly [and turd issues!)

I got an older dragon awhile back named Spike, we though she was male for awhile, then she layed eggs, yeah.

Anyway though, she scratches her belly on her basking spot all the time, and I didn't think that was good so I took at her belly and there were missing scales and scratches on her belly from it!
She doesn't seem to be in any pain, but what should I do? How do I get her to stop, too?

Also, somehow she'll get crap on her back... Don't know how, but that can't be good for her. What could be some reasons for this. How even... Could this possibly give her an infection/fungus of some kind???

You can soak her in a diluted betadine solution but don't let her drink it....if she drinks in the bath regularly then put her in plain warm water for a drink, then add the betadine when she's done drinking. Just add enough so the water looks like iced tea.
