Spider in with my crickets :s

This morning when feeding my reptiles I realized there was a big spider running about the cricket tub! It is a light brown colour with a dark diamond shape on its back .Has this happened to any one else ? Is it ok to feed the crickets to my reptiles and just release the spider ?

I had the same thing happen years ago. The spider looked a lot like that one actually and it came from an online supplier in the box/container the crickets were shipped in. From the responses I got on here when that happened, kill or release the spider, and the crickets should still be fine feeders.

That's good to know .Thank you for your reply helps a lot! I did do some research and think it is a running crab spider.Hope this don't happen again !
