You're not the only one who's gotten mystery chow.

Check the website where you bought the chow. Sometimes instructions are buried in the FAQ section. Different recipes need different cooking, so stick with instructions where you purchased the chow. If you can't find instructions online, give the supplier a call. Good luck! (and run the range hood fan - some of the chows stinketh)

your never gonna find how many cups are in a pound becuz they all vary. A half pound of feathers and a half pound of chow are obviously different size amounts. You get what Im saying? You could get a cheap kitchen scale maybe? Or letter scale?

Are you trying to make up less than a full recipe? The bags are usually sold in 1/2 pound units - check the original order. Measure out the whole bag in a measuring cup and then divide into whatever percentages you want. I usually measure out half the recipe at a time this way, changing the water amount proportionally and cooking for less time. (This is a great use for all that math you thought you'd never use!)

Well normally they send you packs of chow in 1/2-1 lb packs. The Silkworm chow is that way and how how to make it. But for some reason the Hornworm chow was dumped into a clear bag and tied with twist tie i have no idea IF its Hornworm chow or how much is in it. Or how to make it accorden to were i got it from.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
