hello the stripes are known as stress marks and are normal on beardies. Stress marks can appear when they're stressed, curious about something, exploring, absorbing heat etc. They're nothing to be worried about. My beardie used to get them quite often when she was younger. Could you go over your set up incase there is something in the viv thats not quite right?

Temps- basking spot / hot end / cool end?
what are you measuring temps with?
what UVB are you using and how far away from beardie is it?
how long have you had your beardie?

If you haven't had your beardie long, the stress marks could be from relocation stress- this is usual and tend to go away once she's had more time to get used to her new environment. :D

umm ok its a small terrium but im getting a new one 40 gallon. the basking spot is a log 3 to 4 inches away from light. light provides heat 75 watt with uv stuff.water dish and food dish on oppsite sides and cactius in middle with white sand.

have you measured your temperatures? Too hot or too cold can cause stress. The best thermometer to use is a digital thermometer with probe- stick on thermometers aren't accurate. The basking spot should be about 110F, hot end around 90-100 and cool end 75-85F.

What do you mean by UV stuff- UVA and UVB? Beardies need UVB- the best bulbs are reptisun 10 tube. Also it is advised not to use sand or any other loose substance :D

Tile is better- it keeps nails trim and is easy to clean. If your beardie is still a baby / juvie, i'd try a 100w bulb to up the temps a bit

Its not just the cleaning- if ingested it can cause impaction. Do you house your beardies together?

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
