Someone had ago at me for haveing a bearded dragon as a pet!

I went to my local pet store and looked at there dragons and stuff and this old woman saw me looking at them and she said do you want one as a pet?! I said I have got one but I would live another one she said under her breath (SICKO) I said exscuse me!! She said it's F*****g discusting how can you sickos take them from there habitat and have them as pets it's F*****g sick she said and she walked away before I had chance to say anything I was not happy lol some people :-( I hope that this is not classed as swareing. Sorry if it is

If she feels that way I sure hope she is a vegetarian or else she is contradicting herself. I can't see how someone feeling that strongly about animals could even stand eating an animal lol. I don't know but when I read your story I imagined an old lady in a fur coat telling you that. A totally ignorant lady is what popped into my head.

OMG thtas horrible. We dont take them from the wild (well mostly I think) I dont think it is any differnt to haveing a cgaed bird or mouse or dog or cat for that matter. I know a lot are not kept well but hopefully most people love there reps and cre for them well. Silly womon. Saying that my older brother had a go at me for having merlin. He said coz I lived in africa I should know not to have them in vivs. My other brother loves him and my dad.

Lol she didn't not have a fur coat but she had a fur hood on her coat lol

Sorry, I have to laugh. Why would she be in the pet store if she was so against animals as pets? And in the reptile section? Just trying to pick fights? silly people...
