I just want to double check and make sure that your vet has told you to basically take out everything but the bare essentials of the cage and use some type of substrate like newspaper of paper towels and replace them at least once a day. You want to make sure that you get any feces out of the tank as soon as possible, and if you have crickets or worms, make sure that they are not left in the tank if they are not eaten. If they are left in the tank, and the lizard poops, the coccidia will be in the poop, the crickets will eat the lizard poop, and the coccidia will end up right back in the lizard as soon as the lizard eats the cricket. Did the vet give you any medication to help treat the coccidia? There are a couple different types of drugs to treat coccidia, but they say that the drugs arn't widely researched.
Make sure that there is a hot side to the tank and a cool side to the tank, and that the food you are feeding is smaller than the space between the beardie's eyes. You should be dusting crickets with a calcium supplement containing D3 (you can get it at any pet store for super cheap). This may help your little guy to feel at least somewhat better. They need to be getting calcium supplements every day when they are babies, and about once a week when they are adults. If your little guy is big enough, Phoenix worms are a great source of calcium all by themselves, but if your little guy is under about 6 months, they're too big for your beardie to eat.
Just out of curiosity, where did you buy your beardie? I've been noticing a pattern with sick beardies coming from Petco. just sayin'
