Some kind of crackling noise?!

So today I just started to noticed that our baby is making some kind of strange noise. It sounds like its coming from his nose. Doesn't appear to be his jaw. We do dust his crickets 5x a week and multivitamin 2x a week. His temp set up is 105-110to on hot basking spot. And in the 75-80s on cool side. He is active and running around and eats just fine. We bath him just about daily. I know he definitely not dehydrated and he poops just well. Right nowto hes basking normal. However today he seems a bit sluggish. Eyes closed when held very slow moving. But he does move around. Any input? Please

Is he making a clicking/popping sound while breathing, or is he mouth breathing a lot?

He seems to only mouth breath to regularly his temps. Not for terribly long . the sounds sound like lip smacking/teeth smacking. I had just found out he is not getting enough d3 so I think. Went out and bought d3 supplements. He does not click/pop as he breaths . tomorrow I'm taking him to the vet. I'm just a supper worried mommy.
