Soft Tofu OK?

A friend told me to feed my juvie beardie soft tofu in a pinch. I'm in a pinch, I ran out of dubia roaches! I gave it to him last night and he devoured it. I then went to beautifuldragons.com today and it looks like it's not recommended.

What's the current weigh in on tofu? Gotta give my baby some protein!

Hi there....a bit if tofu is fine, you can also give scrambled egg that is microwaved with no oil [ about 50-60 seconds ] as well as stage 1 chicken , turkey + green bean baby food. Any change of diet can change the consistency + color of the poos so be ready for that. He should be O.K other than that.
