I wish I had a picture to go along with this, but long story short my new beardie has never puffed up his beard in the 2 weeks Iv had him and today because he woke up earlier then me by an hour I guess he got fed up with waiting. 10 am rolls around (that's his breakfast time , lights on at 9) I look over at him and he's just staring at me with his beard fully puffed! But strangly it wasn't black or turning black, then once he sees me pull out the super worms his beard gos down and literally he launches off his log (all 16 inches of him!) And waits at the front glass like a dog ?
So my new beardie gets mad if he has to wait for breakfast!

Sounds about right. How dare you mess with the routine!? :lol:
Yeah that's another common no-no. They can get used to that though. My guy is in the livingroom and just learned to go to his hide or bury his head in the fleece blanket to block out the light while we're still up.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
