I sealed it with polyurethane and it seems pretty tough. Snicker is a funny one though and tests just about everything so if it can be dug into, she'll be the one to do it lol.
It actually wasn't hard to level, I used a uniform thickness on the foam that was just kindda roughed in. I did all the texture and contours after the glue set, so it stayed pretty even for me. Even the little column in the back started as the same thickness as the other base pieces.
Oh and please don't encourage her to model, her head is big enough already
