Small wound on area in the process of shedding

Ok so my dragon has a small Wound, kind of like a Graze at the start of her neck, it's where she is shedding and the skin is a weird yellow colour with small dots of blood. I have no idea how it happend. I was wondering if I could put anything on it. I have no vets near me so I only go for big emergency and I don't wanna pay 40 pounds for a vet to tell me to put some cream on it if you know what I mean. So what should should I put on it? I heard diluted tea tree oil but I also heard that it is toxic so not sure about it. I'll try to show an image. Thanks for any help.

Do you have any pictures of that we could see? What do you mean that it has a yellowish tint
to it, like a fungal issue? Just click on the XIMG to upload your pictures to the gallery here on
the site, then copy/paste the IMG to here.
I would get some raw, unpasteurized honey or manuka honey, for the moment, to put on the
wound.
Do you have solid or loose substrate? Be sure that there aren't any loose insects left in her tank
overnight that would be attracted to the honey.
