Small white dot on bottom of eye

Not sure if it's something I should be concerned about, as it doesn't seem to bother him, but my beardie has had a small white dot on his lower eyelid for a couple weeks now. At first I thought it might be calcium powder, but it hasn't gone anywhere. Does anyone know what it is / whether it's something to be concerned about?

If you zoom into his eye you'll see it right at the top of the lower eyelid. It almost looks like a stye?
