slight discoloration

I've had my beardie for about a month and a half now and he seems to be discoloring in his face a little bit on his right nostril and under lining his mouth. I havent had him long enough to know what it looks like when they are about to begin to shed, so I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions.

If you could post up pictures of before and after, that would help. Or if you could describe the change in color.

If it's just a dulling of color, it may very well be an oncoming shed. Though pictures would probably help us make a more educated guess.

unfortunately i just took him home to my parents house this weekend, but I will try and get updates from them if anything changes and if not, i will be back in a week. He has been rubbing it on his rocks the past few days but his color is a yellowish orange, but his right nostril and right below it around his mouth, he has gone pale almost, like a lack of color. i'm not exactly sure how else to describe it.

It sounds like an oncoming shed to me, but I can't be certain. Photos could confirm it, and others could also provide some input, of course. If possible, try to get regular updates on how your bearded dragon is doing. More than likely, it's just a shed, though.

just came home from vacation ahd there were many pieces of skin in the tank so im guessing it was just a shed. thanks for the help
