I noticed my little dude has this little curve in his tail, should I worry? He eats about 15-20 reptiworms a day so I don't give him calci powder since those have calcium but should i give him some? I also put a multivitamin on his salad/worms on the weekends.

what kind of UVB bulb do you use?

reptisun 5.0, i know the 10.0 is better but we can't afford it right now and he can get really close to it. I usually dont notice it at all when hes in his cage but when I take him out to measure him i notice it.

usually kinks like that are a sign of MBD. does it hurt him meby he broke it?
hmm it doesn't appear to hurt him :/ But it did just randomly appear maybe he broke it somehow a while ago and I didn't notice. He could spend more time under his UVB light, I just picked him up and put him under it.

Is it black around the area? It usually isnt the uvb that causes that. It is natural for beardies to have that. Whilist unusual, do not panic, do not worry. If it is broken, he/she will make it apparent if it pains them. My opinion is do not do anything, just feel the area and see if anything is sticking out.mif there is something sticking out then take him to the vet ASAP. Hope he doesnt feel pain and hope you guys get through this.

No its not black it looks totally normal except its bended/curved like that, he doesnt act like its hurting him so thats why i never noticed until id take him out. Dont think i feel anything sticking out. Guess I won't worry so much. I have been giving him his multivitamin more since i noticed it incase hes vitamin deficient.

You should still give calcium supplements, and you really need to upgrade that UV bulb as soon as you can. If it's suddenly appeared, that's not good at all.

He is right replace the uvb bulb. Suddenly appearing is not good at all. Im thinking the only thing(unless he lives with other beardies) is that he fell on it and it bent like that. Theres really nothing you can do except give calcium supplements to promote the bone growth and repair in that area.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
