Sleep Spasms

My beardie is about 5months old and tonight he fell asleep while laying on me and about five minutes into sleeping, his tail just shoots up and falls back down. It was kind of like when people kick really quickly in their sleep. He's never done this before and I'm going to watch to see if it happens again. I just want to be sure it's not something wrong.

Dreaming .... all lizards do it.

I often see the tail move, the legs twitch, and other movements when my skinks and beardies are asleep.
