Skinny and sometimes lethargic

Yay! Im glad Yeah i noticed some beardies will have their off days like humans do. Mine right now is jumping and running around in enclosure usually hes just basking being lazy and occasionally will want out but that's about it. Also, are you using some kind of green lighting?

His light has a green tint to it especially on camera but his skin is usually a bright green color after he sheds. I think he's due for another shed soon cuz his tail is getting grayish

Ok just to make note bearded dragons like bright white basking bulbs. The brighter inside the terrarium the happier they will be. It sure sounds like he is about to go through shedding phase may be eating and energy activities may be a bit off than usual. One day full of energy next day wants to be a lazy beardie haha :lol: or he may want to eat everything in sight or not much at all.
